Occupational Safety First Aid Training Obligation

All workplaces are obliged to have a first aid specialist. Within the scope of the “First Aid Training Regulation“, it is obligatory to have first aiders in workplaces depending on the number of employees. Among the services offered by our company, there is also first aid training.

How Many People Will Receive First Aid Training in the Workplace?

First aid training is open to general participation. Institutional first aid trainings can also be given during the week or outside working hours at the weekend. The date and time of this training program can be determined by occupational safety specialist and occupational physician.

Purpose of Training

Participants will learn methods of intervention without medication, with the available tools and equipment, to protect the life of the patient/ injured person,to ensure that vital functions are maintained  and to prevent the deterioration ofthe patient/injured condition before professional health teams arrive to help. Participants will haveknowledge, skills and competence in basic life support, first aid in cases of bleeding,burns-frostbites and heat stroke, fractures-dislocations and sprains, loss of consciousness (shock, fainting, etc.), poisoning, chest pain, animal bites, foreign body aspiration and drowning. The objectives of this training are to provide your emergency response teams with the skills to be ready when a possible emergency occurs, to be able to perform non-medical treatments at the scene, without the need for medical equipment, with the available tools and equipment, in order to save lives or prevent a person’s condition from getting worse until assistance is provided by on-site healthcare professionals.
