Project Management

The management of Health, Safety and Environment (in other words Occupational Health-Safety and Environment) risks encountered in construction site works imposes important responsibilities on Managers and Employees with the regulations in local legislation. Defining and teaching awareness processes that will help to create the necessary HSE Culture for contractors to attain the desired Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management Systems is an objective of this program.

Stages of the program:

1. Review of contractor management procedures,
2. On-site inspection of contractor works,
3. Review of statistical information on contractor performances (e.g. accidents, near-misses, injuries),
4. Determination and reporting of actions to be taken.
5. Determination of contractor training activities with a matrix and organization in case of training need (according to hazard groups), 6. Reporting for Department OHS officers, Field application and control engineers and supervisors.
