How to Get a Health Report for Employment?
How to get a health report for employment? The report is received from the workplace doctor. Health reports can be obtained from the state hospitals of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Hospitals organize your health report within the scope of the job description given to you by the workplace. At the same time, the entrance health report is taken by laboratory analyzes by the ministry in licensed and authorized laboratories. The health report should not be seen as a simple document. The employment health report is repeated throughout the working time as a periodic health report, as the duration of the job changes according to the danger dimensions of the job. The health report to be taken at the first job determines the health and physical fitness of the people who want to work.
Employment Health Report Validity Period
The employment health report and the timing of the periodic examinations specified in the regulation oblige the workplace doctor to the health conditions of the job and the employee. There is an ambiguous statement regarding the validity periods of the health report, for the health surveillance of the persons who will work in more dangerous jobs at the latest once a year.
